It's Only Noise is the debut album from The Nighttime. The album features a wide array of styles and moods that, although different, flow fluidly throughout the album. From aggressive speed such as: Some Space and Anything Among Us, to the soft ambience of Whatever I Am//To You and Down & Under 40. It's Only Noise was written and recorded in 2015 by Aidan Ridgway and has been a long journey of experimentation and creation. It has been referred to as "Anti-Pop" (a term coined by Canada's Matthew Good) due to its pop-esque hooks and melodies mixed in with strange lyrics and an odd array of sounds and spaces.
